Avio Vineyards was our first client when we began our consulting business. Iʻll admit that in those early days, we worked for wine – and enjoyed it! Over time, that changed, and Avio became a valued client. I thank them for the opportunity to learn on the job. We worked with Avio in the following capacities

As the relationship progressed, our primary focus became email marketing and community PR. We produced a monthly newsletter highlighting events and specials. We created custom graphics for the mailings, which were also circulated to the local press and PR outlets. The tasting room staff uses a Bigtent (now out of business) group calendar which we implemented. Two videos were produced for the winery:
When Cross Media moved to Hawaii, the website and social media management were reassigned to winery staff.
In response to the Coronavirus, and shelter in place order, Avio asked us to work with them again. It was very important to stay connected with customers so that they knew when and how they could purchase wine. Through weekly emails, Avio has been able to launch contact-free shopping using his “Wine-Thru Window”. With our help, he has launched a weekly virtual wine tasting using Facebook Live, which is also promoted in the weekly mailings.
